Does anybody get the refund from Gunggo?

Has anyone received refund from Gunggo? How many days are you waiting before you got money? They say they are the big company, but the last 18 days they couldn't do refund...I got the same answer each time "We are submit your request. Contact you later." etc...

Took me 2 months of excuses. Got my money within a day when I did send an email directly to accounting@gunggo.com. The reps seem to be the problem there.

Apologies for the wait for your refund to be completed. Gunggo have re-structured our entire accounting division due to our expansion and things have been back log. Your refund request will be completed this week for you. I'll confirm with you via email once it is completed.

I've been trying to get my refund ($xx,xxx) from gunggo, and haven't been able to get a positive response. It has been about two weeks, but accounting haven't replied a single email. Is there anyone else facing the same issue?
