1. popads, adcash, propeller (pick 1 and master it)
2. in my experience direct linking never works with sweeps/pins but idk if i have enough data to completely rule it out
3. Mundo, clickdealer, f5, avazu, adsimilis,etc.
Am a beginner but from my experience so far Popads/Clickdealer has given me the most conversions.
So far my only green offer is off of a direct linking iphone sweep, my landing pages aren't that great yet though.
I agree with ^, Clickdealer, F5, and Adsimilis has more than enough pin submits/sweeps to keep you busy.
