PopAds Excluded and Included Website (3)
Hello STM 
I have a simple question about PopAds and Excluded - Included Websites.
Do you know if and how i can exclude and include website for a same campaign ?
At this time i have to choose between exclude or include ...
But i think it will be great to do booth at the same time

It wouldn't make sense.
If you have a list of sites to include, just use an Whitelist (Include) campaign. It wouldn't run any other placements, which aka you wouldn't need anything in the Exclude column.
whatever is not excluded is automatically included and vice versa.
