Issues with Voluum and Go2mobi set up

I've followed a few Voluum/go2mobi tutorials and they all seem to say different things so I'm a bit confused where I went wrong.

My Voluum dashboard only shows visits.

My go2mobi dash shows everything else.

The # of clicks don't match either.

My Voluum shows the campaign URL as:

Where would I enter the impression pixel URL? As of now, I haven't input it anywhere.

I entered that campaign url as the destination url in go2mobi, not sure if that is correct.

I'm not sure where I find the Pixel redirect URL so I left it blank.

Here is a screenshot of the offer settings in Voluum:

Am I suppose use that url as the destination URL in my go2mobi campaign or is it correct how I have it with the url that's given in Voluum's go2mobi campaign settings? http://ojpty.voluumtrk.com/5d6a8305-...3-ee548dff02f5

Sorry if this is confusing, I'm even more confused as my first campaign went live only a few hours ago and I'm not even sure what I'm looking at. Let me know if you need anymore information but some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This post and the one above it should help:

http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...l=1#post257842

Also:

-"Clicks" in go2mobi will show up in Voluum as "Visits", because Voluum isn't triggered when a banner is displayed - only when a banner is clicked on will voluum "know" and record the interaction.

-Impression pixel URL isn't needed in your case so can be ignored.

-What is the postback url you pasted into the affiliate network? Please verify that the click id token is passed by variable "s2".

-You may want to insert go2mobi's tracking tokens into voluum, under your go2mobi settings. Here's what mine looks like:

Note: Only the values in the "Placeholder" fields have to be exact matches to go2mobi's tokens. You can put pretty much anything in the "Name" and "Parameter" fields (as long as they are alphanumeric characters I think), although it would make your life easier and less confusing to give them meaningful names.

If my suggestions above plus the tips in the posts I linked to aren't enough to resolve the problem, please update this thread and we'll take another look. Don't worry - you only need to learn this once!

Had another related question.

When I try to look in my reports on Voluum to see the site id for popcash or popads (using %siteid%, [WEBSITEID]) they both show as unknown.

Yes, all the tracking tokens have been checked.

Am I supposed to add these these tokens to the URL in the offer panel?

For example, the current URL looks like:
http://f5mtrack.com/?a=XXXX&c=XXXX&s1={campaign.id}&s2={clickid}

Is it supposed to be:
http://f5mtrack.com/?a=XXXX&c=XXXX&s1={campaign.id}&s2={clickid}&s3=%s iteid%

Or is there another reason why it keeps coming up as unknown? Thanks.

That's strange!

You don't need to mess around with your offer links - those tokens after your offer link are only if you want to pass certain pieces of info to your affiliate network.

Can you please check your campaign link (the one you pasted into popads or popcash) to see if the siteid token is included at the end of the link?

For example, this is what my campaign link for one of my popads camps looks like:

http://track.mydomain.com/b4135e72-e...b77809a03a?v1=[WEBSITEID]&v2=[KEYWORD]&v3=[COUNTRY]&v4=[CATEGORYID]&v8=[ISPID]&v9=[BID]&BID=[BID]&ClickID=[IMPRESSIONID]

Thanks for your help with all this Amy!

Okay, I think that's definitely the source of all my tracking issues. My campaign link does not include the tokens. Adding now, campaigns are paused for time targeting but i think this will fix my issue. (ignore the attachment, was confused at first)

So it now looks like this where i input the campaign url in popads:
http://ojpty.voluumtrk.com/ce562d05...-75ef0146c0f6?v1=[WEBSITEID]&v2=[BID]

Resolved! Finally. Was simply an error in how I was adding the tokens to the campaign url.

The way I wrote the tracking code in my last post still gave me the "unknown" error.

In case anyone is as slow as me heh, these are what fixed the issue for me.

Popads:
xxxx-xxxxxxx?websiteid=[WEBSITEID]&categoryid=[CATEGORYID]&bid=[BID]

Popcash:
-xxxx-xxxxxxx?websiteid=%siteid%&categoryid=%category%
