Prevent ad shutdown. Question: "Negative Feedback"

I'm really looking to ensure my ad account stays safe.

Saw "Negative feedback" and this got me attention a little.

I'm running a lot of different ads, and for ads that mention High Negative Feedback, example like the below

How important is this metric in ensuring your ads don't go under manual review, manual probing and getting into trouble with FB?

This is one of the most important metrics Facebook will use, it's there because they want you to know this and make changes before they have to intervene - they are all about a positive user experience so this will get you flagged very quickly if it's reaching a significant volume.

I would stop running that ad asap and work on ads / landing pages that produce a much more positive response, or figure out the audience group that is unhappy with the ad and filter them out of the ad reach.

For me, too many high negative feedbacks on your ads will lead to banned account.

high negative feedbacks will stay safe, IF on total spending of your ads, the negative feedback count less than 50%.
lets say total spending $20,000 , the ads that produce high negative feedback, should be less than $10,000
my FB Ads account running already run for 2 months, even have many negative feedbacks, but much more positive feedbacks.
this based on my experience, dont know about the others.
