How many times can I go in and resubmit my ads for editorial issues before they throw me the hammer?
I know there were issues a few years ago, is that still the case?
If you're doing everything above board resubmitting an ad with minor editorial changes is fine. If a lot of changes make more ads. If you're getting ads rejected a lot that's when you need to pull the plug and think of another way forward, high rejection rates will get your account flagged fairly quickly.
It was an age call out issue. They did not give me the disapproval reason on my newer account. I had to run it on an older more established account for them to actually tell me that I can't call out age specifically.
Its good now.
Good to know. Whats a safe resubmit number? 3?
Yeah you can't call out user attributes. Read up on the tos just so you don't make the mistake again as it could cause an account issue https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads/
I would just submit more ads, there shouldn't be any reason to edit an ad really, it messes up reporting if you're comparing ad conversion rates. You shouldn't be submitting ads that even have a slight risk of rejection, Facebook will catch up sooner or later.
Yeah. I just overlooked it. I'll remember for next time. They are apparently pretty anal on the issue .
