What are Adult WAP offers? (4)

Sorry for the newb question, but what is an "Adult WAP Offer"?

From what I see it's like a mobile offer where someone just clicks "agree" or something for a conversion?

WAP offers can also be mobile versions of regular dating offers, so a standard leadgen for example - generally any offer that is optimized for mobile traffic will be usually marked as WAP in the lists of aff networks. WAP simply means "mobile web" It originates from the WAP protocol for mobile phones and it somehow became a standard name for anything mobile related

What you are refering to, are PIN submit offers or Carrier billing offers - they can also be marked as WAP. The conversion takes place when the user agrees to some conditions, in one step or two, depending on the regulations, which results in a charge by the carrier. These are usually membership sites, or lets call them content billing offers - usually billed on a daily/weekly/monthly recuring basis.
