Hey ibravo, you should use Voluum's click url found in Setup. you can use this link on all your landing pages, and voluum will automatically redirect to the correct offer. Voluum does this by using a cookie when your customer initially lands on the landing page. Here is voluum's guide Click URL Guide
So in order to be redirected to the offer page, you need to first land on the landing page using voluum's landing page URL. Hope this helps

It is possible your affiliate network is redirecting you to an offer that is for your country.

If you click on a link that isnt for your country you cant get the conversion. So networks sometimes help you and if such thing happens they redirect the user to an offer from his country so you can still get a conversion.

Lets say you are in the UK and click on an offer that targets IT. A user cant do a conversion like that so the affiliate network might redirect the user to an offer that IS targeting UK so you might still monetize your traffic.

If you want to see if the CTA leads to the offer you wanted - try using proxy (just to see if you see the correct offer).
Although, some advertisers detect proxy traffic and block you from accessing the offers that way.

Yes this is the default setting of most affiliate networks. As Oran already told you, affiliate networks redirect the traffic to another offer in case the GEO doesnt match the requirements. Its called a "fallback" usually, in order to try to convert it anyways. There might be other than GEO rules that trigger a fallback offer - wrong device, wrong carrier ... To be able to access the offer, when you reside in another country, you will need to use a VPN or proxy (as Oran named it) such as hidemyass, if its a mobile offer you will also need an user-agent emulator/switcher ... it wont work in all cases tho, so keep that in mind.

There is nothing wrong with fallback offers generally, but with some traffic networks it might be the reason for a rejection as the fallback offer might be totally unrelated to the original one, or too aggressive for the traffic network to accept it. In such case, you will need to ask your affiliate network to disable the fallbacks for you - some will do it, some will not.
