Are Voluum's front end servers down for everyone right now?

I am trying to purchase a subscription to Voluum and I keep getting front end server errors from them. Is this happening globally? Is it common?

For me as well.
Moreover it does not display data correctly right now.
I have submitted a ticket, waiting for the response, hope this will not take too long.

They seem to be having various issues right now, we are experiencing the same.

It even seems that in some cases half of the traffic gets lost when Voluum sends it to our server. This never happened before and we checked all other potential issues we could think of. Pretty terrible if that's caused by a Voluum error, hoping for a statement in here.

it is weird as it happens for a few days already and there is no any announcement from them except the popup message in the right corner

Im having problems lately too, not sure if traffic gets lost or not, usually when they run into problems its just the stats itself. Would be nice if someone from Voluum could reply in this thread and let us know what is going on...

Have sent them a message as well. Not sure what I'm looking at right now because my visits go up > down > up > down each time I hit refresh.

I just got in. I had to create a different account (not an issue, I was trying to create an account for the first time anyway). Issue resolved?

Issues on the 06/02/16

Hi folks,

Just an update regarding the issues which some of you faced on Saturday (06/02/16);
The instance of misrepresented report data was due to a temporary synchronization problem between our DB and frontend.

When such cases occur, the data which is shown upon a refresh action refers to an older revision (time range) of the report rather than the one which was requested by the user.
This was resolved on our end by performing a refresh of the associated DB.

For your peace of mind, this had no implications on traffic handling, thus none of your data was lost.

For those of you whom experienced payment issues;

In such cases it is best to send us a support ticket from your Voluum panel or mail us directly via: tickets@voluum.uservoice.com

Upon notification we will be able to cross-reference the transaction attempt from our end and update you with the according guidance to resolve payment*.
*In most cases, a declined transaction is attributed to insufficient details / funds.
