If anyone of you has or can create an Msn Adcenter account that I can use to promote cpa offers, I can pay you back the days charges plus 20% via paypal every night at 9pm. So if I spend $100 I pay back $120, $200 pays back $240 etc. We'd start small to build trust and then scale. Did this with 10 other jv's before on bhw and they all got paid. Can take a few more now. maybe because he's going to to blackhat stuff on that account..so the risk of losing it is pretty high.
