Juicy Ads banner campaign (ROI -90%) (7)

Haven't spent a lot of time on juicy ads but when I bought some traffic from there it was because I found a good site on exoclick that was converting and that also happen to be on juicy ads.

Juicyads have great sites to test.

Have you tested if your funnel is working on one site before doing RON?

You want to make sure your funnel is making money on a premium site before going ron.

It will give you an idea what's the typical ctr and conversion rate.

There's a lot of junk and bot traffic with ron and you you need a bigger budget to filter out the bad traffic.

Also some sites will give you a lot of bad leads. Sometimes you need to have a good track record of sending quality leads or you most likely be booted off the offer.

I've spent north of $200k with them, recently, their level of bot traffic has increased drastically.

Are you using 'Sexy Technology'? It's their bot filtering tool, it's somewhat effective. Try that. Also, make sure you're filtering devices (desktop/mobile) and reduce your CPC. France has a much lower CPC than 0.0351 - I haven't noticed that much of increase in quality from increasing the bid.

Also, you might not want to run CPA with them. You might get quality complaints. I was running CPS.

Thank you all. I think I will try another network. Since this is one of my first campaigns doing banner, I think first I have to manage to get results on premium sites (1 site, 1 ad placement) before trying to go ron. Also, I don't have a large budget, so the idea of doing RON I think it is not the best for me.

what do you think guys? Am I right?

@mj10pop - that sounds like a sensible call.

I can't agree more with this. It has become unusuable for me recently because of the amount of fake traffic and the impossibility to use a domain or placement blacklist for all campaigns at once. I asked about this feature like 1 year ago, they told me they are working on it. I asked again this month and they rather not replied...

"Sexy Technology" is a joke, no matter how you call it or how many TM signs you add to it, it still doesn't help enough.

Also their entire website is like a very bad attempt made by a first year IT student. I mean it uses post requests where get requests should've been used; get requests where post requests should be. There are no tools to do some bulk editing etc. Also they probably can't scale much horizontally so the entire website is really slow.
