I created a "clicks to website" campaign and created a video ad within the campaign targeting desktop newsfeed. It asked for ad text, timeline heading and description. When the ad was published i clicked on see post. All I saw was the test on top and then the video. The ad headline and description didn't how up. When i go to edit the ad those option are not even there anymore.
How do i create a video ad, so that the ad headline and description show up as well?
I believe the CTA stuff you are referring to appears at the end of the video within the player.
I think I checked the other week and this didn't seem to appear unless running as an ad unit, but it did appear for me when I watched the video through to the end.
Add video to you fanpage newsfeed and then promote it. Works better, but remember to use good CTA then
