TJ keeps rejecting creatives

I've had almost 50% of my ads rejected for this reason:

'The time interval for the image change is less than 2 seconds. Please slow down the time interval change to greater than 2 seconds and reupload.'

Is there an easy way to fix this? thanks!

What that means is that the animation/image change in your gif image is faster than what they allow. Which is 2 sec minimum. Open the gif in photoshop and slow down the image change speed to 2 secs or more. Very easy fix.

It's very simple to change the speed on your gif. Follow these steps...

Open gif in photoshop > On top menu click "Window" then click "Timeline" > In the Timeline, At the bottom of each image you'll see a number with an arrow > click on that arrow then choose your desired speed for each image.

Then save and you're good to go.

I suck at explaining stuff so maybe this image is more helpful

Thanks for the directions, Victor. Very easy and helpful! I think I succeeded in changing the speed of the animation to 2 seconds but after click on 'save as' I save it as .gif but then when I re-open the image it's not doing anything.. am I saving it wrong? I hate photoshop already lol

Instead of File > Save As, try File > Save for Web as a .gif file.
