Keep Getting Suspended for “Unsafe data collection or use” - Adwords

Anybody has experience with this? How to solve it?

Hmm, that's annoying.

What's the offer you're running?

Also, have you gone through Adwords' guidelines on this and checked your landers and ads are compliant? They're over here - https://support.google.com/adwordspo.../6020956?hl=en - lots of non-obvious stuff like not implying that you know anything about the user's situation.

Are you promoting sweeps?

Adwords are sensitive over any model where consumer data is being collected and they require a high degree of transparency in terms of privacy policy, terms, usage of data etc.

Yes, I have checked more than one time, and adopted their proposed solutions. It still get suspended by doing solution 1, solution 2 and both combined. Contacting their support team doesn't offer any explaination.

I also thought it may be something into ToS/Privacy Policy I am getting wrong, but their support didn't offered any answer.

I had to include a privacy policy, physical address, an explanation of costs directly below the submit button and t&c check box directly below the submit button to get my own ringtone, sweep offer approved. 81 emails later it was good to go...

Were you getting the site suspended for Unsafe data collection before?

Yes. Then there was another error that would pop up. It kept getting escalated higher up the chain for a review. Then a new thing would need to be changed or added.
