My question is on mobile. I have yet to start my campaign, but have gotten a list of recommendations from the affiliate manager.
Questions
1. Does the [square bracket] at the end of the offer name indicate the country which you are allowed to run the campaign?
2. Is it normal that the supported carrier indicated in the offer is not the main carrier of the country you are allowed to run the campaign?

1) It normally does, yes. Sending traffic from another geo will not be counted as a conversion. So its not that you are not allowed, more like it will not get you conversions (money).
2) Yes. Its possible that a certain offer doesnt target the biggest carrier in a specific country. In that case you should do a little research and see if the amount of subscribers on this carrier is enough in order to run a successful camapaign.
