First mobile Sweeps Campaign stats, need Advice ! (4)

There are many possible reasons why you're not getting conversions:

1)The offer isn't converting. However, if it's on a top offers list, this is probably not the reason. If you want to make sure, add another offer (a very similar offer in the same geo) to split-test with your current offer.

2)The offer is not a good match to the traffic type/source. This is not the reason here either, because sweeps offers DO convert on mobile banner traffic in general.

3)The traffic quality is bad. Again, this can't be the reason here, because a lot of other people are finding success on go2mobi.

4)Tracking/Redirection is not set up correctly. Please try to trigger a conversion yourself, or give your campaign url to your affiliate manager and ask them to trigger a conversion for you, just to make sure you've set up tracking correctly.

5)Creatives are not good enough. 6 banners may not be enough to test an offer - UNLESS you already have experience with this niche and already know which banners are the best. Otherwise, I'd recommend adding more banners to your testing. Test at least 5-10 angles, x 3 banners/angle. The only sweeps experience I have is with pop traffic, not display traffic. But if you would post your banners here, you may be able to get feedback from people that have experience doing sweeps on display traffic.

In summary here are things you can choose to do: Verify your tracking is correct by triggering a conversion and making sure it's recorded. Think of more angles and make more banners. Try to find a very similar offer in the same geo to create a split-test.

Good news about tracking being verified.

Nice banners! Love the animations. White text isn't the easiest color to see, but that's probably a minor point.

We can certainly see how these banners do first. Are you running traffic yet?

However, I'll say the same thing again: 1 angle and 1 headline really isn't enough to test if an offer is good or not.

But let's see what happens.

Hello Vortex !

So day i run this offer again with 6 banners and like 20$, 0 convertion.

I have some questions :

1- In Go2Mobi i can see 200 clicks and on Voluum too. But i can see only 112 click on F5 Media.
And when i watch the ip on F5 Media, i can see 2 - 3 ip with a lot of click ! Like 10 click by ip !

Do you have an idea why i have this ?

2- In total i have more than 200 clicks, do you think with a good offer i should have a least one convertion ?

3 - Do you think i have to do more banners with more angles ? At tihs time my best banner has 1%CTR.

4 - Do you have other suggest for me ? ahah

Thx !
Paul

There will always be discrepancies between clicks recorded at the traffic source vs. on the tracker vs. at the affiliate network. However, it looks like you're losing close to 50% of your clicks, which is unusually high. You're direct-linking to the playstore, so it's not because you've lost clicks due to landing page or offer page load time. Voluum redirection speed is also pretty good. I'm a bit baffled here unfortunately. Perhaps bring this up with your affiliate manager and traffic source rep and see what they can tell you?

As for seeing multiple clicks from the same IP - this is normal. The same visitor may have clicked on your banners multiple times. Also, some ISPs (internet service providers) provide the same few IPs for many many users, so that visitors using the same ISP would be recorded as having the same IP.

2- In total i have more than 200 clicks, do you think with a good offer i should have a least one convertion ?
In a campaign, it's hard to look at a single thing and say whether it's good or bad. This is because there are many components that have to work together to produce conversions. For example, if you match a good offer with bad traffic and/or bad creatives, or if you match good creatives with bad traffic and/or a bad offer, you may get the same bad results.

This is why as newbies, we need to try to eliminate as many unknowns as possible:

1)Work with a proven traffic source (go2mobi is great - no worries there), and

2)Work with a proven offer (that many other affiliates are doing volume with - you can find out which offers are hot from your AM).

Our focus then should be on the 3rd most-important factor: testing angles and creatives. This is exactly why 1 angle and 1 headline really isn't enough to test if an offer is good or not. To give the offer a fair chance to "prove itself", we should test more than just one angle.

3 - Do you think i have to do more banners with more angles ? At tihs time my best banner has 1%CTR.
Yes and yes! I would suggest doing some research into your offer and brainstorming 5-10 angles, writing 3 headlines for each angle, finding some images to use with them, then testing them and see what happens.
