Been trying to get some paid traffic flowing to my offer page but because of the nature of the offer (make money online), I'm having a hard time getting it approved.
My site: http://www.deadbeatsuperaffiliate.com.
I'm really good at organic free traffic generation, but I SUCK with paid traffic.
I've got it converting pretty well with free traffic, but I keep getting banned on paid traffic sources on sites like facebook/google adwords.
So I guess my question is:
How would you go about starting promoting the above website with paid traffic?
Make a more toned down "online business" bridge page?
What are some good sources of paid traffic for make money online type offers?
I know this is very broad... just trying to find a good starting point.

How many sales are you driving per week from organic?
You're never going to get an offer like that approved on major reputable traffic sources. Offer useful content on another domain (not related to 'making money online') to build/warm up your list.
