Hi all!
Here comes a funny little story about how Affiliaxe took our honestly earned money away and is refusing to respond to our messages.
Just a little disclaimer straight from the start – we usually run our dating campaigns in other networks with $X,XXX budgets daily and never had any problems. We had worked with Affiliaxe once a long time ago in 2014, got our payouts with no issues and all… We decided to come back to them as we tested a few new geos and offers, so the total volume was tiny, something around $200 in revenue and, boom, our account gets blocked for ‘suspected fraudulent activity and/or abuse of our terms and conditions’. No biggie but still very unpleasant as we weren’t doing anything blackhat and had all the proof of it.
We laughed it all off, sent the screenshots of our banners and campaigns to the compliance team and our AM, Guy Goldberg, and waited. And waited and waited. It’s been over a month since our first email and we never heard anything back from the compliance team and our AM says he ‘does not have answers as only the compliance team have access to the account’.
So… Hope the Affiliaxe people will have some answers here on STM. In the meantime, any advice on how to get at least some feedback from their complinace team would be appreciated.
Wow, that's not good.
Every network has the right to withhold payment for sales that violate terms. But
the proof needs to be provided to the affiliate immediately.
Good luck!
No, not good at all. And we never heard back from them, in fact.
