Yes, in theory you could. Its up to you if you want to take the risk or not There is nobody offering gifs with rights for sale tho, as far as I know. You could purchase rights for entire movies/scenes and make the GIFs yourself, but I dont think anybody is doing this.

buy the content and make your own .gifs is the only way to do it right. this way you own the rights and have the 2257 documents to back it up. adultcentro.com is a good place to start a search.

If you want to be 100% safe, then yes, this is the way to go. Buy the rights and make the gifs yourself. Its a ton of work and the content aint cheap!
