What is redirect traffic?
For mobile, when a network says they have "redirect traffic" does that mean domain redirect traffic? Or is there other kinds of redirect traffic?
I only know of domain redirect traffic, if there is other kinds please aware me.

There are sites redirecting visitors being on a mobile device as their website isn't responsive. So depending on the labeling, it can be both, 'regular' typo domain redirect traffic or this kind of redirects from what I know.

That's true. Some sites also take it a step further and only redirect certain parts of the mobile traffic, e.g. they monetize carrier traffic themselves and redirect all WIFI.

Most of the adult mobile redirects that you can buy, are surfers redirected straight after they hit a website on a mobile device. As andyvon suggested, depending on the site owner, there might be one or two more tricks hidden in the chain
Part of the traffic will also be mobile popunders resold as redirects. Im pretty sure it works the same outside of adult too.

Well said about the pops being sold as redirects. The theory is that typo traffic is more expensive because of the demo behind - a user misstyping facebook as facebppk for instance in theory is more likely to fall for an offer.
And I can confirm from some guys I know pops are sold as redirects sometimes
