Only looking for accounts with 100k+ followers min. Must have solid engagement too!
If you're struggling to find anything. I have a contact who can build up accounts based on set tags. So if you're looking for females the location of photo uploads could be faked + female tags added from a dictionary of photos that are then uploaded by a set of seed accounts. It can also auto-comment on recent photos given any tag, lot of potential there. Wish I had the time to explore!
Same guy has made stuff for twitter to tweet/auto favorite tweets based on tags.

How much are 100k accounts worth? I assume the follow/like ratio has to do with the value as well.

1000-5000$ for a 150k account. It depends about the engagement
There are a lot of factors, niche has a big part to play too. Also the bigger the account the bigger the multiple.
