Has anyone used these networks?
I am fairly new here and have been reading and learning allot, however I have never ran across anyone mentioning CJ affiliate network. Has anyone here worked with this network and have advice about it?
also VIGLINK and CPAWAY.

CJ is a UK based network, they specialize more in brand / eCommerce commissions. I know of a few people working with them!

I believe the reason for that is because most of us are pushing CPA type offers. Whereas, CJ has lots of ecommerce type affiliate programs that sell physical items, services such as financial/legal/online services, per per lead offers in the insurance/health/law sectors, etc. There are a lot of big brand names there because CJ is a believe one of the longest running affiliate networks online and has a rock-solid reputation.
However, it looks like they actually do have SOME CPA offers similar to the ones we see on CPA affiliate networks. I'm seeing Prime Slots, Bet-at-home.com, Booking.com, Survey4Profit.com - stuff that can be made to convert for broad traffic. It looks like they have pay per call offers as well.
I've promoted various things through them in the past. They've been online for at least as long as I have (a decade +) and I've never heard anything negative about them (such as non-payment). However, I don't think they have affiliate managers available to help affiliates. They do have a support team but aside from that, you're pretty much on your own.

Thank you for the feedback! I will continue to try offers in CJ until I find something profitable. They do have many offers to choose from. I was looking for a network more friendly with newbies, and with CPA offers, but CJ was the first to approve me so I invested into them. And my personality is cursed or blessed with the fact that i wont quit until i get somewhere, specially if I have invested anything into it. (I do have limits though).

I don't think CJ has that many CPA offers though. Here's a thread that will help you get accepted into networks - at the end of the post is a list of newbie-friendly networks that are recommended:
