Started a test campaign with MGID, but my AD is still "in moderation"

I assume this is because I am brand new?

How long does it take to get cleared?

Also, I am only spending $100 since I am still learning the ropes etc..

I think I have Voluum setup correctly but I am not sure if I have MGID setup properly.

Do I need some sort of a postback URL or something FROM MGID that I need to put into Voluum?

It's the weekend, they're probably not working. It took a while for these guys to approve my ads a few years ago - I like working weekends too

What kind of CPC did you end up with? Looks like min is 3.0¢ for my test campaign. That seems high....

$100 is very low to test on mgid, they have loads of crappy sites.
