Compliant Domain/Sub Names

Hi there.

I'm a complete newb.

My traffic source focus will be on pops. Most successful pops are using sneaky domains such as:
facebook.com-sweepstakes.com/your-chance-to-win-a-iphone6
facebook.com-sponsored.gifts.com

I own a domain like sponsoring.com.

If I decide to host all my facebook-themed landing pages on domains listed below, will I be sued?:
facebook.com-sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-iphone6
facebook.com-sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-imac

I want to ensure my own safety as an affilaite marketer. Read what happened here when a guy decided to mess around with France's popular website (http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...highlight=sued)

If above subdomain "facebook.com" is NOT permitted, I have some ideas listed below.

Are they compliant? Will I get sued?:
1) facebook.com-sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-imac
2) facebook.sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-iphone6
3) sponsoring.com/facebook/your-chance-to-win-a-iphone6
4) fb.sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-iphone6

PS: I've been using "facebook.com-sponsoring.com/your-chance-to-win-a-imac" and it's doing very well, but what consequences here is getting sued, I think. MAYBE?

Please help me out by giving me some suggestions. Let me know what alternatives I can use for my domain and not get sued.
