The website I buy traffic from is pretty good when it comes to quality, its not another shitty pop traffic. Good quality

Even if I really wanted to help you, its not possible to recomend anything to you based on what you asked for. EPCs go up and down depending on the offer, there is nothing like a general/average EPC...
Same goes for pricing, where in some sources, certain epc will be good enough, it might be too low in another source ...
Moreover, not sure how you calculate EPC, but it means earning per click (or pop in your case), 20 cents per pop, that would mean $200 per 1000 pops ... if you have a source like that, guard it like a diamond and dont tell anyone

That really depends on your funnel then.
If you are not direct linking then you can send pop traffic to most offers as far as Im aware, you just need to make sure you have a good bridge page.
By not going direct you basically eliminate the nature of the traffic type being pops (unless the advertiser is just against it no matter what).
So if I were you I would just be looking for good dating offers and ask the AM if there are any restrictions with using a bridge page with pop traffic.
If your funnel is good then you can get such EPC, of course (again, if not by direct linking).
