After reading every follow along and every mobile content on this forum, I'm ready to conduct a mastermind group to speed up the process and to attain mastery in mobile sweeps.
My background
As the typical affiliate, I started with SEO and moved to paid traffic in 2013 running on Google ads then moved to social (Myspace, POF) with POF being my most profitable traffic source. Took a break to pursue my I.T career but after reading over 100 books on business and self help i realized that a 9-5 is not going to buy me my Porsche 911 Turbo.
What can i bring to the table?
I have 3 years of Affiliate marketing experience and 7 years in I.T as a lead network technician specializing in SUN Microsystem Hardware. In the past month i thought myself HTML, CSS, and integrated to a new tracking source (
The Goal
To learn mobile pop traffic with sweeps, create profitable campaigns and scale.
We will define our ideal target as far as how much $$$ we like to reach.
Members
* 4 - 6 members
* Able to use tracking, hosting, web design and have active campaigns
* Available to do a 1 hour weekly meet up for recap (NY EST Time Zone)
* Must not be a complete newbie
* Available at least 2x week to discuss marketing tactics, share data etc
Structure
* Assign a new chairman every week. They will be in charge of organizing the weekly call.
* You will organize a checklist of topics to cover, and stick to them.
* Assign a new timekeeper every week.
* They will be documenting every important point discussed in the call so everyone can refer to them later.
* Everyone should will have a equal time to speak and share.
* Hold all comments until everyone is finished speaking.
* Set a SCHEDULED time for a Skype call every week if possible.
* Use Dropbox and assign a folder to each member.
* Use Google docs for weekly topics and other important announcements.
* Must have a test budget and not be afraid to spend money to gather data
Rules
* Must sign a contract to meet our expectations, terms and conditions
* Agree to attend our weekly calls (Yellow card = Warning, Red card = eviction from the group)
* Must be willing to share data, creatives, placements, etc
* Available every working day of the week
* You have to be active and provide added value to the group
