Is anyone else having problems downloading some of the free tools? Is there a trick to this?

Yes sorry. I should have mentioned that the adult one was working. Is it possible that Beyond Hosting will install the STM mobile tracker for me? Also this might be a silly question but are there any instructions available for the pof uploader . I downloaded the file from the link but I cant do anything with it.
Beyond Hosting are hit and miss, it depends who you get on support. Open a ticket and give it a shot. Tell them you came from STM and they usually give you better treatment.
I'm afraid I'm not familar with the pof uploader, or if it still works. Pof made some changes last year not sure how that affected tools around here, post in that thread for advice on that.
