Which Adult networks is best for Pop Ads and Pop under Traffic.

Can any one suggest me the best adult advertising networks list for POP traffic.

You've got PopAds, PopCash, PlugRush, JuicyAds, EroAdvertising, Exoclick, ZeroPark, AdultAdWorld, TrafficHunt. I'm sure there must be some more. Not sure which ones are the 'best' though.

There is nothing like the best adult traffic source. For example - a significant part of the adult traffic you can buy, comes from a pretty limited amount of sites. The various traffic networks compete for these spots, so you can find a lot of the same spots in various networks. They are different in competition, targeting option, ad serving algo etc ... so you gotta test them and see what works for you. On top of that, there is a ton of small sites that are only available through a particular network and you will have to find the good ones in the massive RON's of each network.

Justin already gave you some, and here a more : trafficjunky, traffichaus, trafficforce, adamoadvertising, adsxpansion, trafficfactory, trafficshop, trafficholder ... there are more but these should keep you busy for some time, almost all offer pops too.

Exoclick has some pretty high quality.

I am not sure how you qualify the 'best'. Sometimes lower quality sources might have more volume, better prices, etc. Some are stronger in certain geos, etc.

Can you give more information on what exactly you are looking for?

I've been running some campaigns on PopAds and adult traffic has not been great for now. I'm trying ExoClick for now so keep an eye out for the follow along!
