Traffic Junky Inventory Questions (1)
Hi, i've got some questions for the TJ guru's in da house 
- Under Pricing and Inventory it might say Germany has 7,000,000 impressions for PornHub PC Footer Squares but under Geo Opportunities it says there are 20,000,000... for the same placement. How exactly does work? Where do the extra impressions come from? And what is the difference between the two?
- In some countries there might be no option for a country / placement in the Pricing and Inventory but then it's listed in the Geo opportunities.... any idea why is that?
- How exactly does RON Tier 3 300x250 work? Does it run on all sites only on Desktop or does it run on all sites for desktop AND mobile?
- Regarding traffic source tokens, on the "target url" it gives you the option to insert tokens.... do we insert these tokens or since i've already setup them up in my tracker there is no need?
