Anonymous Hosting With Prepaid CC

Hey Stackers,

Can anyone recommend a good server provider in Netherlands, Iceland or Norway that accepts prepaid CC's??

Most of the more anonymous providers only accept Bitcoin, paypal or wire transfer.

Coinbase allow to bought bitcoins with CC or cex.io

Well i finally found some good providers that would process prepaid CC's to get my server and domain needs met....except they've red flagged every single one of my purchase attempts shortly after processing them and are requesting photocopies of my ID and a good time to call my (incorrect) phone number.... Lesson learnt, Bitcoin it is.
