A Question About Manually Spying Placements

For those who manually spy on placements, do you see a lot of big brand advertisers? I'm assuming that these big brands with massive budgets don't give a shit about spending money on all the placements but it does make it a challenge to find actual affiliate offers. I do spying with both WIFI on and WIFI off and do notice a bit of a difference.

How do you guys go about actually finding the affiliate ads?

Any tips or tricks you don't mind sharing?

Thanks in advance guys!

ive been wondering about the same. starting point is finding the ads on google but there has to be other ways to find various other sources where the affiliate ads are.

I think of it in this kind of light. Take for example some of Zeropark's largest placements. Some of those placements are torrent websites. The thing with these websites is large brand advertisers don't want to tarnish their reputation on sites like those. Think of the types of ads that run on those kinds of websites you're spying on. Are they advertising something that is of a big brand or is it something minuscule?

Right and that makes sense.

I think that some of these big brands will advertise on the largest volume placements, at least for mobile display. I see a bunch of ads being served through Google's display network.

I did manage to see some affiliate offers but I had to go down to the mid-tier volume placements in order to do so.
