I would signup with your network if you didn't force signing and faxing an absurd non-compete contract. Affiliates like to get offers from many networks so it's not a reasonable request.

Hi aubs,

Thanks for letting us know your concern!

To clarify, our non-compete clause only applies to affiliates who intend to circumvent glispa to work directly with the advertisers. We understand that affiliates might want to work with other networks.

Please feel free to add me on skype (xuan.ng.glispamedia) if you have any other queries!

Unless you're providing an added benefit to the publisher - faster payouts, exclusive offer or higher bulk rates there's no reason the publisher shouldn't be allowed (or eventually expected) to go directly to the advertiser. The publisher also might already have existing relations with some of the same advertisers on your platform and signing that form could create headaches.

You have some interesting offers, but until you waive the non-compete form I'll pass, thanks.

The non compete clause is a common clause that most networks have, and at glispa this clause doesn't apply to existing relationships that publishers have with the advertiser prior to working with us.

Moreover, all networks in general, including glispa, lay a great deal of emphasis on providing value to publishers. At glispa, we pride ourselves on providing publishers with the highest level of financial security. We've never missed a payment for publishers who've generated legitimate leads within the rules of the campaigns and crossed the threshold.

You'll probably find that most affiliate networks have some level of non-compete clause in their terms that forbids circumventing them to work directly with an advertiser.

Most people aim to go direct in the end, and most networks know that is the case - hell, I'd wager most AMs don't actually know that their affiliates technically shouldn't be going direct.

Given that the network is the one that gives you access to the privileged relationship in the first place, the "don't circumvent us the moment you're making money" is pretty reasonable.

Affiliate marketing is just an industry where a lot of people don't take formal agreements seriously unless it benefits them to.

A STM search for glispa doesn't yield much information about your offers.

Does Glispa have mobile gaming offers? Pins and Sweeps?
