Facebook and PIN submits
Yo,
I've heard that FB and PIN submits don't mix very well. Am I right?
Basically I want to run a PIN submit campaign on FB. The plan of action is to use an "engaging creative" to take "engaged users" to a LP where they will find a CTA linking to the PIN submit offer.
Is that at all possible?
Is there anyway to make it work without using the forbidden 'cl_ _king ' method?
Any info. would be lovely.
Thanks

Making Pin submit offer work in FB without cloaking? I doubt you will be able to pull it off enough to make money of it.
Facebook is very strict when it comes to what you are promoting there.
If you want to run non white-hat offers in facebook then make sure you know what you are doing in terms of cloacking and be ready for the usual outcome (bannes) and how you will deal with it.

Hi
Lately fb is more strictly.
If You are going run PIN submit, then cl__ker is necessary.
You can ask some vendor for trial or demo

For the last 3 months we have been succesfully (XXX.XXX rev) pushing PIN submits (UK & IE) via FB, direct linking, no pre****ers/no cl**king.
The Facebook account has been warmed up for some years with "normal campaigns" like insurances and finance.
Our learnings;
- make the ads not agressive, but simple (Your chance to win a [brand] voucher + photo of the brand/shop + Just answer the question (call to action)
- delete very negative comments
- pause the campaigns once in a while (although the money makes you greedy ;-)
- we used FB pages stating the name of the [brand], but not [brand] only. Example; no "Amazon", but "AmazonShopping"
If you need more insights or you see potential collaborations, send a PM please.

I've heard Facebook along with Sweeps and Pins is a no go. You might want to aim closer to solar, game installs and insurance, like mentioned above for facebook. For Pins, you could try pop and redirect, as they seem to be working on carrier traffic. Not necessarily WiFi, as it is harder to convert

Are these offers direct via the network you work for? Be careful of other affiliates linking/banning the tracking domain if they try to be a bit riskier with the ads.
Your ads get flagged if you delete too many comments (and FB can see ones that have been deleted, it just sets more red flags for them).

Thanks bobliu, we don't allow too agressive ads ofcourse. We take any pinsubmits, direct, but also via other networks.
Regarding the comment deleting, good addition what makes me wonder if I do good to delete them.
