New Campaign - Getting it All Setup - Advice Please

Hi all...

Having spoke to my affiliate manager over at affiliaxe.com i'm ready to start my first campaign. He's recommended a pin submit campaign based on the 'Win an iPhone' niche to get some experience in running campaigns.

I've designed 4 completely different landing pages to test and am in the process of coding them. I now need to set up my infrastructure and wanted to get some expert advice from you all

Domain:
Am i right to set up a generic domain that can cover all the offers I try (given that i'm focusing on popup traffic so the domain will never really be revealed).

So it could be:
www.mydomain.com/ihpone1
www.mydomain.com/ihpone2
www.mydomain.com/ihpone3
www.mydomain.com/ihpone4

Then use the same domain for other offers?
www.mydomain.com/newoffer1
www.mydomain.com/newoffer2
www.mydomain.com/newoffer3
www.mydomain.com/newoffer4

Tracking:
I've just registered (but not paid for yet) Voluum.com tracking. Is that considered a decent way to track the activity on my campaigns?

Hosting:
I currently have decent shared hosting with a lot of bandwidth etc. Will that be sufficient for testing purposes? Or should I set up a private server?

Traffic:
I realise there's going to be a lot of testing of traffic sources but 50onred.com, trafficvance, com and leadimpact.com have been mentioned. Are these still decent options for pop traffic?

Apologies for all the questions... i've read the startup guides but there seems to be some info that I can't find so any advice would be gratefully received

Cheers, Tim
