Do you add an email disclaimer on a landing page (3)
I'm about to start a new campaign and I'd like to grab a user's email address before sending them onto the offer.
Do you add any disclaimer to your landing page? I assume you'd need something like "By entering your email address you agree to receive occasional emails from [[company name]] regarding offers you may be interested in".
I'll probably use something like icontact.com for the actual mailing.
ya what I would do to be 100% legit ...is just go grab something really basic from an email submit.....they most often cover there asses real well.....so what they put on their page works great
