I m newbie in PPV. I am reading a lot. I check these PPV courses like.. PPV Sumo, PPV Ninja, Media Buying Sumo and so on...

Yesterday, I started on peerfly offer.

Some time its frustrating. My existing CPA network is taking too much time in approving the offers...
I wish i get some good CPA network, who can help me (newbies). the only thing i need is -
- Help in picking some decent offers
- Fast offer approval.
- and onces CPA network is happy with our traffic, weekly payment, so we can scale...

those 986 are impressions for your PPV lander? If so, then don't worry, just wait a bit more to gather data. PPV is interruptive traffic, generally has low conversions rates. Plus, out of your 1000 views, probably a decent amount of them are bot/fake traffic, so you don't expect bots to convert.
Just don't get scared and wait for more stats.
Check other follow alongs here and see how others do, but generally don't expect much from 1000 PPV views (usually just some clicks and little or no conversion). I don't have much experience with PPV on desktop, but that's how it is on mobile.
1000 PPV views isnt a lot. It should give you a general idea (especially if its a 1 page simple SOI) though.
As mentioned above, try looking for well known brands to promote (either their own offers or sweepstakes with the brand) and or something that appeals to many people (win an iphone, meet cute girls, 100$ wallmart gift card...).

well, thats the other problem.. I need good offers to test.
- peerfly.com take too much time to approve new offers.
- I contact -> cbrughmans of addiliate.com <- on Friday. I m still waiting
- On friday, i request for few offers at clickdealer. same issue.. I m still waiting
Thats why, its frustrating.. 
I m seo guy, Make good sites, optmize and forgot. cashburners or sell health is doing okay...
But yes, bit Frustrated now.
It's ASW so expect lower turn around times than usual with so many people out and about, and distracted.
I would join more networks and not let rely on a single network approving things.
F5 Media, Glispa, Clicksmob, A4D, W4, etc. etc. there is not shortage of networks you could get an account with and they will all have a variety of offers including ones suitable for PPV.
F5 especially will have a lot of sweeps-related stuff for sure.
Affiliate Marketing can, and definitely will be FRUSTRATING, many many times across your AM career And I did capitalize it on purpose as its soooo important to accept this as a fact. It took me about a year and half to get used to it, the frustration on one hand and the stress on the other one. I still stand speech less from time to time, shaking my head and trying to wrap my brain around some things - campaigns dying from day to day, dumb reactions from AMs even tho you bring them a ton of business, cheaters left and right ... but this simply is the reality and there is no point in trying to break the wall with your head. Get used to it and move on - there is soo many networks to choose from, if one isnt working for you, pick another. But keep one thing in mind, those skype contacts and email adresses have real people behind them, youre not the only one and many times they have valid reasons for the ways they behave

PPVGuru is good But not really good for most of CPA offers. At the end of the day , i would avoid sweeps if you don't have good budget to test targets . Better focus on STM and real scalable content. ! My 2 cents.

Adultmediabuys was a good forum at some point, they also had a manual floating around, named something like "adult media buying protocol" - It was good read and a lot of it still holds true. I personally liked Finch's premium posts better tho, check his Volume X if you havent already. But the real progress only comes with testing - its good to read stuff and seek knowledge but you wont get anywhere unless you take action
