YTZ PPV targets

Hey there!

So I'm starting with YTZ and PPV and since it's mostly sweeps I was wondering what type of targets should I choose.
I really haven't never done sweeps and I really can't imagine what kind of people would fall for that kind of things so if you can, it would be really nice of you to point me to the right direction.

Thanks

XTZ or YTZ?

My bad, YTZ.. Anyway, I just threw a bunch of targets there and burned $10 in about 15 min or less, no conversions

Nope, I got lucky, I did get 1 conversion $0.19 so my ROI is: -98.1%, noice, I'll wait a bit more maybe it will take a moment to update itself.

Anyone? I don't feel like spending another $10 for $0.16 lol. And looks like youtube ate my whole budget (but bought in that 1 conversion). That's not the best.. other targets even didn't have a chance. I paused it for now.

add youtube to the negative targets list. from previous experience, u should be using 50onred? if so, youtube.com is an absolute beast there and u should always look to block it for all campaigns ASAP IF it doesnt convert for you.

From experience you will struggle with 50oR and YTZ.. for starters the click loss with YTZ is immense. I jumped onboard with the YTZ arbing the same time as jennatalia a while back and mainly concentrated on 50oR traffic, it really was an impossible struggle.

if you are running on 50oR, then as 1vansyl states youetube will be a massive blacklist. you will need to run a quick 50 bucks or something, then cut some of the major domains such as youtube/netflix etc.

This isn't the right attitude to have. You're asking people to give you the target's they've acquired by burning much, much more than $10.

I don't mean to bust your balls here, but AM is all about testing. If you can't stomach some losses to test and acquire the data you need, it's going to be very difficult to succeed.

And for some practical advice..

YTZ uses very generic landers for their sweeps and they've been running for ages. You're popping on Youtube, where people are only interested in watching their videos with no interruptions. In the split second they start to scroll up to close your pop, something in your lander will have to catch their attention and compel them enough to stay vs. going back to their video. IMO, YTZ's landers won't do that.

You have two choices here. Continue testing targets with YTZ until you find some placements that actually work, or focus on a few high volume placements (like YouTube) and test different angles with your own custom pages until you find one that works.

First of all, you should pay a bit more attention. I didn't ask for targets, I asked to be pushed to the right direction. They are different things.
As I said, using Youtube was a mistake which I removed as soon as I realized what happened.

By saying that I didn't want to spend $10 for pennies.. I meant that this youtube mistake was stupid and I wouldn't want to repeat it.
I have no problems spending money on testing stuff, it's just that youtube target was real bad.

My problem is that it's difficult to figure out what those people feel when they sign up with stupid shit like free iPhones etc since I have been doing weight loss, insurance and loans and they are very very different.

I do agree with that. From 10k pops I got like 8k hits with YTZ. Also what I noticed is that sometimes their pages time out or load slowly, that's not the best.

Got some good news. After making some changes, I was able to get 5 conversions today and day is still going. That's good news. I optimized it a bit because I'm not using any tracking just yet (waiting for my new tracker's link to be approved) and then I can do more optimizations. I'll be letting you guys know whats up a bit later.

Cool cool, conversions are coming in which is brilliant. I added more targets from similar sites that convert well. Also I set up RON on a small budget to see maybe I can get more good sites.
I should make a follow along thread so I can document this whole thing.

Fair enough, my apologies for jumping on ya' like that.

I don't think there's a rule of thumb for this as far as X placements work best with sweeps. It's about the angle. I know some have gotten adult to work on sweeps.

Your angle is what is going to have to change depending on where you're running on.

That's fine, I think I got it already. I just need to learn more about which country likes which sites the most and then which ones of them convert. Thankfully I'll get my tracking links approved and hopefully I can set up campaigns to Zeropark too.

Anyway, here are the starts for my 3 last days:

No idea from where that 1 came today since I stopped all traffic to it, but yea. Yesterday, during the lunch I realized that Youtube is still eating my budget so I paused it and added more awesome targets and as you can see there's a tiny difference in conversions. Today I'll be monitoring things a bit better with Thrive and hopefully I'll have a bigger day than yesterday at a lot lower cost.

Okay so, one thing doesn't make me happy is net-30 payments. That's not the best when I'm trying to scale it with PPV. So I guess I'll continue this journey when I have $10k+ funds.

The offers you are running with YTZ are available on other networks with much more flexible payment terms. $1k/week should get you weeklies in most places. So this shouldn't deter you from making this work.

Oh yea, I just finished setting up the same thing with Maxbounty and I'm on weekly there.
