Pornhub - year 2015 in review - Interestign infographics :)

Some impressive numbers Especially the total Bandwith used : 1892 Petabytes

I remember that the first hosting I ever used, charged me $5 per GB, pornhub streams 75GB per second which would mean $375*60=$22500 per minute... damn, this is what I call a change in pricing LOL

Honestly, reading the stats for Pornhub make me shake my head.

Humans are a filthy bunch eh?

Over 4billion hours of porn watch? 87billion videos watched?

In all seriousness - the breakdown of stats/terms per country is always super helpful - talk about the ability to target niche markets per GEO. An Adult pubs wet dream, ahem.

Regardless of the adult nature, data is data and I love seeing data like this. Thank you

Those were the days. Makes you wonder how the YouTube guys started with BW fees so high back then. I figure they winged it and got lucky, as with most things of that nature.

When youtube appeared on the net, the prices were already waaay lower, but still high enough. I was personally wondering how they could finance the beast before google bought them. Its still a secret to me, but I guess they got some investors backing them up who saw the potential.
