Whats the best way to access adwords account while traveling so as to avoid getting banned?
Also, i just created a new account, ive been banned before, around 5 years ago...

Anyway the answer for your site question is that your site clearly violates their TOS. Make sure to read it first.. you can also ask from them, but they are really cryptic and don't want to give too much information.
When you are traveling then easiest thing to do would be to set up a VPS that you can access. That way you you will be using only 1 IP and it should be all good. Or you can set up a VPN in your PC or maybe a VPS so it pretty much works the same way.

Use something like teamviewer to access your office computer that's in the approved location. Simple and free solution.
