What are good affiliate networks with t3 sweeps? (6)
My budget gets run out very fast testing on t2 geos and it's too competitive for me to profit.
I found what best works for someone in my position is to promote sweeps in eastern euro/south american/asian geos. Generally you won't find big players screwing around in low tier geos with shitty payouts, which is where I tend to shine.
Lately I've been finding with the 4 affiliate networks i'm on, they do not have very many t3 geos AT ALL for sweepstake offers. I'm not sure why that is, maybe there's another network that has a monopoly on them?
If anyone has any information as to where I could go from here, I'm done testing in australia/germany/france/etc. where the competition is high and the bid prices are driven way too high for testing.
What's your definition of T1/T2/T3 geos and what is it based on?

For T3 countries, you should look for pin submits. The emails from T3 countries are hard for advertisers to monetise hence the lack of SOI/DOI offers.
Honestly, It's just a lot more difficult to sell data or get carrier subscribers in T3 Geos - it can even be the result of corrupt governments or banking systems - extreme difficulty in getting funds out of the country. I hear you - we definitely strive to have all geos but sometimes it isn't possible.
Great countries that don't have as much competition tend to be eastern europe - which you've definitely discovered. A lot of these geos work well, because of the lack of competition, have little regulation in place and you can advertise more aggressively [unlike any T1 country]. It's just a reality that the regulations on pin submits will go up as complaints increase as the result of tricky or instant winner promotional methods - and after regulations go in, and complaints go down, and the carrier starts realizing how much less money they are making, they are to ease up on regulations again. This can be the reason you will see a lack of pin submits over the largest carriers in Vietnam for example.
SE Asia is another good region, starting to especially do well in the SOI sweepstakes as regulations came in on pin submits this year. However, there is not a lot of cap available in this region yet as advertisers are just starting to break into SEA on SOI Sweeps.
