Anyone interested in an eCommerce Follow Along Campaign?

Hi Guys,

STM newbie here. About 6 months ago, I started my own ecommerce company, and have been gradually teaching myself digital marketing. I'm excited to get into performance marketing, and was really happy to find an eCommerce section on STM. I noticed that follow along campaigns are encouraged, so I thought it might be a good idea.

Is this kind of thing encouraged/allowed in here?

Hey Justin,

We are all for eCommerce follow alongs, it's all part of the performance marketing game!

Looking forward to hearing more.

Great, I'll look forward to putting together a follow along perhaps sometime next week. Still setting up some tracking and things on the back end of the site.

Thanks guys!

Awesome! I just launched my eCommerce in November that is what lead me to STM & AM, my pursuit of mastering internet marketing.

Hey Justin,

I'd love to learn how you cover internal processes such as production, inventory management, product development, risk management, finance, knowledge management and human resources.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey chempez,

Here's my site: http://procrypto.net/

It's an apparel company that targets Bitcoin enthusiasts. All production and fulfillment is handled by http://theprintful.com/ . I'm running on Wordpress with Woocommerce and Printful's API connects directly to the back-end, so all fulfillment is handle automatically. Margins aren't fantastic, but I don't want to handle any fulfillment unless I see a strong monthly order volume. I'm endeavoring to have 1 new design available per month at this stage.

I handle all product development personally (I'm a graphic designer by trade), and I use pre-established mockups for all of my product images. My buddy will be handling most of the content marketing, SEO, and Social Media efforts, while I'll focus more on product development, performance marketing, and analytics.

I have a few thousand dollars set aside for advertising, but I've been taking things very slowly because this business is more about learning the ropes (not making it big). Trying to learn as much as I can now from STM about driving traffic and Conversion Optimization.

All finance tracking has been handled manually in an excel sheet. Mostly expenses so far, but we've had a few hundred dollars in sales organically. Planning to get more sophisticated when we get more traffic.

I like everything about it. I'm a huge bitcoin fan (despite the Chinese pump n dumps messing it up).

A good free way to appear big is http://kingdomlikes.com/ - it's pretty well known, but in case anyone reading this hasn't come across it:
Basically you can submit youtube/twitter/facebook pages and you can either buy points or earn them through liking, following, etc other people. You can make a burner account if you don't want to do it on your real one (probably smart). I've seen some big names on there such as Neil Straus' real account haha. I use it. Once you get the points, you bid how much you want and set it on just like an aff campaign. Can do it all for free though if you don't mind spending a few minutes liking other peoples pages.

The only critique I have is the lander...I feel like you could do more with the left side of the page. The fonts too small and it feels kind of weak, definitely doesn't snap me to attention. 100% an opinion, though.

One thing I've been big into in 2016 is video backgrounds - I have two sites with em up right now....https://www.convertmk.com and http://www.payday.ninja If you'd be interested in one pm me...I know how to get em up for under 30 bucks (including purchasing the stock content)

Lastly I have a failed ecommerce store under my belt so hit me up if you want any tips on what *not* to do (hint: large products are a bit*h and not advised)
