i'd suggest you to try with lander
Hi Stacker101
in the first example
you have chosen 3 different types of games in different genre. that don't really match the audience of the game.
Plant Vs Zombie isnt much related to Magic Rush: Heroes
i suggest creating a very targeted audience group that will target a lot of similar popular games with a more general copy that will match all ads.
like tired of the same game / its time to change your alliance and similar..
dont start a campaign with a low audience target as the more audience you have for the campaign the better.
regarding mobile strike, i think your campaign is quite decent but its the heavy competition on this game that makes it hard to promote.
take into consideration that the game is also heavily promoted on TV with Arnold Schwarzenegger so maybe find a new Geo with less competition or find another way to promote it outside of Facebook.
try to play with different audience and each campaign add another segment, like users who like specific game, users who deposit in Facebook.. this will help you analyze which is the best audience to play the game.
good luck and looking forward for your next follow along
Hi stacker101
The number of clicks is too low to draw any trustworthy conclusions. You would need to test at least a 100 clicks per ad in order to get any senseful data. Keep on testing - you already have some conversions coming in so the only way is up!
Cheers
Christoph
Thanks for all the suggestions. Awesome!
@affiliaxeguy you mention that you think the geo for mobile strike is too competitive - do you think both games have been spammed to death? i'd actually imagine that being that case since both are available in a lot of geos, so for a high volume affiliate they must have been a delicious treat.
You need to reach for a higher CTR than 0.5%
Remember... The higher CTR your ad has the lower you end up paying for the clicks, try to test multiple images as images are the first element that grabs the users attention.
Hi fbqueen
Are images the first thing you test when creating a campaign? Before headlines?
Yes franky88, images are the attention grabbers then you go down to the headline level. I like to use bright, outstanding colors, borders and also the color RED.
Also don't forget the call-to-action in your ad, you need ppl to click once they got your attention...
Thanks for that Fbqueen. Do you ever use gifs for facebook ads?
