I'm having an issue where in ZP when I try to add bulk targets, it will not accept any of them and I see: "0 targets have been successfully added." It does this if I try any amount 1 or 150 domain targets. It accepted 3 out of my entire list. So I deleted one and tried a different one but it wouldn't accept it.
When setting up campaign, I selected adult, then non-adult, then both but nothing helped. I thought maybe it didn't like that some were adult and some were not.
I'm entering target URLS in this format:
http://domain1.com
http://domain2.com
etc...
So then I think well maybe these aren't targets in ZP network, but I got them all from spy tool so they should be legit. I don't get it.
ZP does noes show the URLs of their pubs. They use pub IDs, so the 'targets' look like:

You need to find the ZP pub ID of the domains you want to target.
Did you try searching for the URL in the Target screen before the bulk add screen?
Perhaps they're not on the ZP network anymore.
I've always done it with the target hashes like mentioned above, but just tried a URL now and it worked. So, perhaps the URLs weren't formatted correctly? Try removing the http:// part and try it again.
A little rusty with ZP, been a while. So I've made a campaign, thought it was all set to go, but I'm not getting any traffic at all. Here is what I see in ZP:
Account is topped up.
Campaign bid: ¢0.12
Bid position:1
Top bid:$0.00
I have a few hundred targets at this point randing from 3-750 each in the Available column.
All targets show Avg bid of 0.00. Not sure what is going on with this.
Emailed support for info, haven't heard yet.
