Uh...how do I scale it up?

From my Follow Along thread:
http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...aigns-(No-job)

Basically I'm throwing shit on the wall until something sticks.

So basically the gist of it is I found some small pockets of opportunity. However the way I'm playing it is rather aggressive and some traffic sources are not a big fan, so traffic sources are very limited.

One of my sources that has been delivering 100% ROI (spending $60 a day) on me has been drying out for some reason, traffic is literally DRYING and I've just upped my CPM from $5 to $7. (Instead of fiddling with $5.1 and $5.2 and so on) and seeing how it goes.

Other traffic sources I'm testing is spending me around $10 a day (not my max budget) and giving like $10-15 back, or some with a few bucks left and right. (Not because I'm hitting my budget, more like it's not hitting my budget of like even $10/day, bidding average-slightly above average)

Some of my sources doesn't like my sort of campaign to run, but for some reason they didn't check it thoroughly (i guess?) and it's continue running, but I'm walking on thin thread here.

I know there IS volume in this country, but I'm just dumbfounded on how do I tap into it. I want to milk this shit before my traffic sources come crashing on me (and suspending campaigns and what not)

Anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it

Can you expand to other geos? That's the first thing I'd suggest.

After that, an aggressive search for other traffic sources is probably the way to go. I think you mentioned this campaign was on pops - there are a lot of pop sources out there to try, and their rules vary.

From what you say, it's likely that the campaign will be unstable and short-lived. However, you've found an offer that converts - can you find angles that will push it in a more compliant way? That may open up the doors for considerably larger volume and/or longevity.

One thing I would recommend is don't get blinders on these campaigns only. Great thing to do to get long term growth is to work on another campaign at the same time. That way, if this traffic source dried up fully, you wouldn't be completely dead in the water. Takes a few weeks to get another campaign profitable, so dedicate a small amount of time daily on a second similar campaign, just so you don't have a dead spot.

As for these campaigns, the end of the month is usually tough on sweeps. Try going back to basics and let the data collect.
