Hi Stackers,
It feels good to finally be able to make a post in this section
I'm proud to announce that we just broke through the mystical 10k profit /day mark on the 3rd of January.

I'd say we are late bloomers, slow learners. Slow but steady. While (almost) everyone we know that started Affiliate marketing at around the same time as we did were banking hard, we did not.
Slightly more than a year ago, my partner and me were still hustling it out on 7Search and POF. We just couldn't make bank on POF although others were doing it. It was on Charles Ngo's advice early last year that made us pivot into mobile. It was hard gruelling work that we lobbed campaigns after campaigns on the wall. and only a few stuck but couldn't blast us over even 1k profit/day mark.
We signed up to AFFcelerator (yes, both of us, paying double the course fees, but with 0 regrets) during July 2015 and never turned back. After AFFcelerator, we had an even stronger determination to make it work. We made a lot of adjustments. We established stronger ties everywhere. We put in 15-16 hours per day, testing and watching our campaigns fail and fail. But we knew we were getting better at it. Then one day, stuff started blowing up. November 2015 we finally breached 1k profit/day, then December 2015, while a lot of guys were out partying, we were still going at in on our campaigns. Then it hit. Steady 3-5k profit/day, and finally gotten into 10k profits for 3rd of January.
This success was accelerated mainly because we had the right directions and the right systems adapted from AFFcelerator, together with all the valuable insights of this industry inside out from Charles and Benjamin. Not trying to get into the guru argument, but just putting it forth because it was (and still is) part of my recipe to hit those numbers.
Some advices I'd think would benefit the newcomers into this industry (some are forever repeated, for a good reason):
1. We just didn't "give up". After those failures, we were even determined (I think that's probably why some affiliate managers stuck to us, even when we didn't deliver). Our mindset was: If they can, so can we. But what if we don't make it? Joke's on us, buddy.
2. Find a business partner. Share the pains and joys. Share the financial capability to get more tested and hold your fortress when all fails.
3. If you have the means, get a mentor to have them watch over your progress.
4. Always be testing different stuff
5. Attend conferences and meet ups whenever you can. AWA was a turning point for us when we boosted our revenues simply by just reaffirming our relationship with our reps via networking.
6. The industry rewards hardwork rather than laziness. Those superaffiliates I've have had the pleasure to mingle with, are workaholic beasts. Rookies like us, we need to be extra hardworking in order to gain any traction at all.
7. Everyone has a pain point. What's yours that drives you the most? Find that, realize that, use that to its fullest potential for you to put in hours for success.
8. Start hiring a VA. It's not as expensive and indimidating as we thought it would be.
Shoutouts to Charles, Benjamin, Rio, Bryan, and Xavier and Jeremy that were personally involved in moulding and shaping us to what we are now. Thank you guys!
Let's crush 2016, Stackers, and we definitely can't wait to visit Berlin for the next AWC!!
You did it, congrats!
Now I just need your traffic source, creatives, landers, offers and the affiliate network you're running with in a .zip file.
Hey thanks Al!
You can always hit me up for more requests
Congrats!! Always good to hear success stories.
A nice way to start 2016
Congrats! its certainly motivating to hear your success story
Congrats! Hard work always pays off.
Congrats! Proud of you!
Side question: What tasks did you assign your VA(s)?
Hey Jay, thanks.
We outsource everything that is repetitive. Banners. Landing pages (even coding). Translation of banners and landers. Right down to the petty but important stuff like documentation of invoices. Frees up more time to spend on the important stuff.
Congrats!

We use Lastpass to handle sensitive logins which allows you to share your login details with it yet the user will not know what the logins are.
We're comfortable to give out access to our affiliate networks, traffic sources, trackers and emails for our VAs to get the job done. But when it comes to cashflow and personal bills we draw the line.
They mostly handle our banners and landers, research, translation, and get the daily admin stuff done. We are still learning how to fully utilize them in this aspect but we have segregrated them into a banner department, a lander department, and personal assistant department for now so each of them focus on what they do well the best. (Thanks Xavier

Very awesome and inspiring thanks @adsflo
