Bing/Paypal problem... (2)
So I can create a bing ads account and a Paypal account just fine, but everytime I try to add the PP account as a payment method I get this error: "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow." I've seen a bunch of people having this issue when searching, but I haven't found a solution. Does anybody have any advice?
I'm facing Same problem since last week,..
