Can anyone help me with getting FB setup in
Here is what I have so far....
Facebook has no postback URL or tokens. So, the tokens should just be manual based on what you want.
E.g.
campaign = REPLACEME
angle = REPLACEME
gender = REPLACEME
age = REPLACEME
somethingelse = REPLACEME
Then on FB's end you want to use the
Then in the optional URL parameters field in Facebook you can add these, e.g. "campaign=test&angle=90degrees&gender=M&age=18-24&somethingelse=wombat

What about your Facebook campaign:
1. Unfortunately, we can't predict what tokens are you going to track. To set them up you need just to enter their names and values to the necessary fields (campaign tokens fields). Please mention, that we have 6 PRIMARY tokens (they can be viewed in our statistics and you can add as many additional tokens as your campaign needs, but they will be passed to your affiliate network and you'll be able to see their values there
2. As far as we know, FB doesn't offer a postback URL, so these settings in AdsBridge can be skipped
3. Please, use your own custom domain for the FB campaigns
