Mobile Sweeps (Not Giving up Yet!) (9)
STARTING 2016 with a bang!
Started dabbling in AM in sept 2015 and ran some really small scale campaigns but never had huge success. Let’s just say we never had ROI of more than > 150%.
Although the money that has been spent is quite a lot, I still truly believe that all this money spent are like investment. Investment to acquire data, so that better informed decisions can be made in the next campaign/ launch etc
Anyway, the purpose of this FA is not just to hold myself accountable to the people who may be following the FA, but to also serve as a motivation for the many other new(er) people in the community who are struggling to get things started.
And what success, if there is no proper planning right?
Here are the goals set in Q1 2016
- 50/ day revenue in by mid-Feb (hope im not being too ambitious)
- 100/ day revenue by April
- Learning how to monetize un-used traffic through monetizer.co or other equivalent sites
- Mastering tracking (had experience but I’m darn sure I still get confused sometimes)
- Delegating time to this ‘job/career’
o While there are outrageous claims that you can earn big money with just 1-2 hours of work every day, I choose not to believe in this ‘fairy-tale’
o Will push back plans with the gf just to move/ improve myself everyday
- Spending time talking to AM and focus on building better relationships and not just know them by the person who pays me and sends me the top offer list
- Spending time masterminding with like-minded individuals (hit me up on your skype ID if you want to mastermind. P.S. I’m bloody hungry on growing. I hope you are too)
- Finding unique special traffic sources
o Part of not finding success earlier on was because I was fishing in the same pond as the other affiliates
- Hit on Sweeps hard on T2/T3 counties. With ample practise then will I move to T1 countries (AU/ NZ/ US)
- Focusing on Mobile Popunders
Once the campaigns kick off (why are my AMs still on holiday 
), stats will be updated daily.
Actively looking for:
- performance networks that have a variety of sweeps I can work with
- as mentioned above, like minded individuals/groups that want to mastermind on sweeps on pops above/under/into/diagonally(lol) and redirects

Good to see you back at it again. I think I was following some of your threads in the past. There were times where I felt like giving up because I didn't know what to do and was confused about the process. But, that's part of it.... to be confused lol. Hope to see more of your FA grow into fruition.

To all those following this FA and feeling the struggle with campaigns in red, push on! We’re all in this together! (kinda)
Have been connecting with a few peers on skype and learnt the art of constant launching in order to learn faster. With this in mind, im looking forward to launching more utilities (are they still killing it?)
Anyway, ran some campaigns on some geos on an utility offer and here are the stats:
Philipines: spent 7.67, 3 conversions
Singapore: spent 9.55, 2 conversions
South Africa: spent 9.90, 0 conversions
These stats are from Airpush pops while rotating 3 landers. From the stats alone, I guess the angles are just really bad but no one hits the jackpot that quickly so I’m pumping in 4 more landers in the same geos that im testing! Hopefully one of them turns out good!
Besides, with a low payout of $0.16, do you think I should continue testing the same one geo after spending $10 or should I change geo, or change TS altogether?
Any feedback is welcome!
Things to do:
- figure out how to improve ctr of landers
- work with the mastermind group in pops
- figuring out how to work with momentizer. Anybody has any tips?

You may not get sufficient traffic due to your bids. So, here's a gameplan I'd suggest:
1) Are you sure your offer is doing very well? Did you spy to see if other affiliates are running that offer? Also, did you speak to the AM about the amount of volume that the offer has?
2) The offer is very important, if you have a dud offer there is no chance of making good money. So, find a good offer first, and then test 1-2 landers that show up frequently when you spy. Those landers are out there for a reason, and that's because they convert already. Use something that already works.
3) Once you find a pretty good lander and offer combo, which shouldn't take too long. Start creating various campaigns with different bid levels. So for example, let's say ZeroPark's Malaysia traffic has a average CPM is .002, I would create various bid campaigns with the winning lander and offer combo with .0016,0.0020, 0.0024,0.0028. Find the campaign that yields the best results for you and then take that campaign to start testing other landers that may give you a better ROI.
4) When you found the best lander, take that lander and start optimizing it.
I would run traffic all day long while cutting out bad landers/placements with bot traffic. At first when you start a campaign and test different landers it is important to not cut any placements unless they're draining a lot of your budget. It is also good to think about if you have narrowed down a good lander, then you shouldn't have a placement that is eating up your budget because it converts well on other placements so it should do the same on the placement that is eating up your budget.
