Adwords site suspension help

hi all! i'm doing pay per call since october and last week i've found a potentially good campaign: good lander, good keywords, good cpc and traffic.

This for a Ring Partner financial offer and using adwords traffic source.

Past days my site was suspended by google with this reason: untrustworthy promotion.

i've read many times the policies for financial sites and i spoke with google adwords guys.I made all the necessary changes to the site: disclosure, privacy, terms.

Google today still say my site is untrustworthy.

But google does not say WHY.

And i'm sure my site is legit. No false promises, no fake informations.

And the service offered is legit too since i had many calls, long calls, so that i think it bring value to callers.

it's struggling.

I also tried another domain, same lander.

Suspended this one too.

What could I do ? give up and thrown away a potentially profitable campaign ? ( just spent a lot to find good keyworda/cpc and i was ar breakeven)

Any help is really appreciated.

i do not do brand bidding or cross bidding...

i don't think lander contains text not allowed by google...speaking with google they said didn't like some text. I removed it, but then they confirmed the suspensions.

Is this student loan? If so, Adwords has cracked down on the biz model. No hope.

mauluc, I don't mean to discourage but only speaking from my experience. Adwords will not reactivate your ads. You can expect to go through many iterations with them. Ultimately, they will make you give up. Has happened to me twice.

Solution:
Get a new adwords account. Steps:

1. Before you get a new adwords account you must change the suspended site in your ads to something complaint. Usually, this can done by simply linking to offer directly. You should never leave suspended ads in your adwords account because 1) Eventually, they will suspended the whole account. 2) You can reuse this account later whenever you need it. Why throw away a good account with history?

2. Once you have changed your suspended domain to something complaint in your ads then the next step is to get get a new ip address. This is easy if your internet provider has dynamic ips. Then you don't have to do anything. If not, then call up your internet provider and aks them how they can change your static ip. Mostly likely they will say you have to get a new modem to change your ip.

3. Once you have a new ip address, you can go ahead a create new adwords account with this ip.

4. Get a new domain. Make sure this new domain is not under the same ip address as your suspended domain. To fix this, you can either get a new ip address from your host on different ip range than the old ip or better solution is to hide your site behind a CDN network like cloudflare.

5. As for credit cards. You can either use a new credit card for this new account or use the same one. In my experience the old card has worked just fine.

Just found out why my site/account was suspended running Student Loan campaign:

And even if the site didn't promise results or made false assumptions.
