Do some hw...get on a spy tool, filter for br and see what people are running and from what network. Or do a manual spy on brazil and see what other are running.

To add on to webdev point, when you find out the dominant offers in your target market I believe you can ask your affiliate network to request the offer. In a way it's more exclusive to you.

In brazil they really don't like mobile content/pay per call, is the government does not allow it. In addition, the leadgen is not so big of a business there. Therefore, sweepstakes are a rare thing.
